First of all, lets start from the time before i chose to study pharmacy. The very first day i went to orientation, i saw a shit face wearing white formal attire sitting not far from me. The first guy who talked to me was GayGay. The first night at KL i met a guy name Stanley. He told me with serious face that i should not surf internet anymore when sem start and should start studying now. I chose not to believe, and it turned up that my choice was so very sangat correct. When sem started, the first month i was quite hard working, everynight i spent around 4-5 hours revising, due to 'boringness'. Maybe that is why my Latin is quite good until now. After the first month, i become lazy and went back to Dota. I played for 3-4 hours everyday and dont feel like studying. I simply did all my reports. I hate compounding write up and i just copy everything from seniors' note. For the Health Science Communication, i dont even know what am i doing at all, and seriously dont undertand what was the subject for and what i have learned from the subject. I just know i just simply search materials from website and put eerything into the final report. For the epidemiology and biostatistic subject, i also dont know what the lecturer was trying to teach me. Pharmaceutics was also very boring, and the lecturer was bias to me, it was not fair at all, i ddnt talk and yet i still being scolded for talking. To pass first sem, i just use knowledge from form 6 + abit study, and use some technique during the exams. Second sem was quite relaxing. Although there was quite some reports, i manaed to do all the reports by refering to my fellow classmates, LOL thanks to them especially.. i forget who i copied from already. But, Richard, Joshua and Raymond need to thanks me. Before the math test, i played game for the whole day, and in the end i failed my math, but still the final was easy enough to let me pass. Pharmaceutics was still like first sem, i dono what was i suppose to know, just blindly memorise then forget after exam. There was also a subject called pharm pract, which i just studied 5 hours before the final, and also can pass. Before chemstry final, the whole night i didnt sleep, trying to teach the shit face chemistry, as a result, during the exam which lasted for 3 hours, i feel like dying.
Summary is that no need to be hardworking at all. For pharmaceutics, pharm pract and epidemiology and biosatistic, just memorise even if u dont know WTF it was trying to say, you can forget it after exam, i dont think there is any hard at all. For chemistry, pharmbio and human bio, just understanding follow by memorising should be enough. For compounding, just simply weight and never care for the accurate figure, as 100mg is of no different to 200mg, unless if the product is scheduled. For aliquot, if non schedule i strongly suggest just pour without measure when supervisor is absent, it helps to save a lot of time and troublesome works. For lab reports, i strongly advise you to ask me how, as it is not so convenient to discuss here for my own sake. For mid term and other small tests, dont have to be so pushy on that because of 2 reasons. First it only worth small % from you total unit marks. Second you can always have people for you to copy. For example i sit next to Zhi fong during chemistry test, next to GayGay during human bio, and others. But one thing to remmeber, don sit next to people who never study like you, for example i never sit next to shit face during exam. (If you dont know who is Shit face and GayGay, refer top paragraph). Most of the time you should relax, like abang Ray. You should only spend max hours to study during non exam period, and 5 hours max during exam period.
In the end, most important is, if yo dont understand, just memorise, if can copy, then copy, cannot copy also have to copy. That all for part 1.
